Steven J. Casey

Steven J. Casey is a philanthropic strategist and systems architect with more than 25 years of experience designing and supporting strategy, organizational change, and grantmaking operations. His work spans foundation program teams, nonprofit leadership, community initiatives, and complex systems redesign.

He has helped steward multi-issue philanthropic portfolios, strengthen nonprofits at key transition points, and lead the design of grantmaking systems that connect strategic priorities to daily practice. Steven is known for bridging strategy and operations—and for helping organizations implement changes that feel both doable and durable.
